Ten tweede houdt je houdingen langer aan, zo&#8217;n 3 tot 5 minuten. Doordat je langer in een houding blijft en je je spieren ontspant, kunnen we het bindweefsel bereiken. Door strekking of compressie aan te brengen op het bindweefsel, worden er stoffen aangemaakt zoals hyaluronzuur. Hyaluronzuur voorziet het bindweefsel van vocht en zorgt er voor dat gewrichten soepel blijven. Kortom: hiermee kunnen we het verouderingsproces uitstellen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Naast het lichamelijke, het fysieke kan je bij yin yoga ook op mentaal en emotioneel vlak bezig zijn. Het voelen van je lichaam fysiek kan emoties of overtuigingen met zich meebrengen. Waar je aan de ene kant je hoofd een break wilt geven van gedachtes, kan yin yoga ook juist een moment zijn om die emoties en gedachtes te observeren z\u00f3nder oordeel. Bewuster in je eigen lichaam en in je eigen leven te zijn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":4} --><\/span><\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Wat zijn de voordelen van yin yoga?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De voordelen en effecten van yin yoga zijn uiteraard voor iedereen verschillend.
